Today, Saturday 25 January 2025, we say goodbye to an exceptional man, Dionysis Papadatos, father of Matilda Papadatou and father-in-law of Christos Kartalis. Dionysis Papadatos was born on Zakynthos on 2 June 1930, studied law in Athens and worked as a notary in the capital, where he lived most of his life. Despite the tragedies he lived through and the adversities he faced, he built an admirable career as a notary and created an enviable family with his beloved wife, Clio Papadatou (née Angeli). He passed away at a ripe old age on 19 January 2025, leaving behind a rich legacy.
